PropTech Supa raises £21 million in seed funding to accelerate its AI-driven block-management platform across the United Kingdom.
Funding round and investors
The equity portion was co-led by venture firms 2150 and OpenOcean, with participation from KOMPAS VC, Actia Capital Partners and HEARTFELT.
A debt facility provided by a major UK lender complements the equity raise, giving the startup additional runway.
The investors believe the technology could set a new benchmark for efficiency in the sector.
Growth through acquisitions
PropTech Supa is expanding by acquiring established local block-management agencies, preserving their brand identities while integrating its proprietary AI operating layer.
Its software automates tasks such as repair scheduling, service-charge reconciliation, safety-check updates and contractor follow-ups.
According to the platform, these capabilities can reduce administrative effort by up to 90 percent, allowing managers to respond to resident requests the same day.
Such speed is expected to improve tenant satisfaction scores across the portfolio.

Since the first two acquisitions in late 2025, revenue has risen more than 700 percent, and roughly 20 000 homes are now under its management.
Recent additions to the portfolio of seven local agents include Hunters in Sussex, FW Block Management in Hertfordshire and Lamberts in London.
Co-founder and CEO Calum Brannan said residents are paying more each year while receiving poorer service, and that this approach reverses the trend by keeping local firms, removing admin burdens and placing managers back in buildings.
Finella Taylor, chief executive of FW Block Management, emphasized the importance of preserving the company’s legacy, noting that the acquiring firm respected the existing brand rather than rebranding.
Brannan and chief product officer Alexis Johnson previously built Howsy, the UK’s largest digital property manager, which was sold to Dexters in 2022. They are supported by founding engineer Gaspard Perrot, formerly of Signal AI, and chairman Mark Opzoomer, a veteran of Yahoo, Trint and Somo.
Partner Rahul Parekh of 2150 remarked that property-management tools have been decades overdue for upgrade, and that the startup aims to become the intelligence layer for building operations.
OpenOcean partner Sam Hields praised the founders for combining technology, data and existing businesses to scale the service effectively.
Founding partner Sebastian Peck added that well-managed blocks operate quietly, while poor management harms residents’ finances, safety and quality of life, and that PropTech Supa’s AI and scale are set to raise industry standards.
